reading this textbook on help desk stuff, this one sentence in particular made me think about something
"If you speak in riddles or use technical language that customers cannot understand, you can alienate customers."

no lie, if i called a tech support company and the support assistant gave me a cryptic riddle that solves to the solution to the technical problem, i think i'd consider their tech support confusing but also fun
